Food is good, staff is good, rooms are clean, in 9k per bed you'll get almost everything you can wish for in a PG. TT and 8 ball pool are available on ground floor. There's a Gym in the basement with 600/- per month fees. The roof top and terrace are aesthetically built and are good for spending time with friends. There's a common sitting area on the ground floor as well.
Multiple Fully automatic top load washing machines are available on the 5th floor.
The power backup works well.
Room cleaning happens on alternate days, and they have spare keys so you don't have to disrupt your schedule.
Total floors are 6 except the basement. 2 working lifts, Drinking water, Wifi, are available on each floor.
Induction and Oven are available on alternate floors.

An excellent PG with all the necessary amenities and decent sized rooms. I've personally seen a lot of PG's and this is possibly one of the best. The food is also good and said to be the best among PG's in sector 21,22,23,24. The manager is also dedicated to his business and is supportive. They've recently bumped up their prices a bit. A single room will start from 16K/month while double sharing rooms cost 11K. Rooms are much larger than any PG I've seen so far (about 18ft by 20ft + balcony) and come with an attached kitchen and toilet. Cleaning is done every alternate day and washing machines are also available for personal use. The surround area is full of shops with everyday items, groceries and food. If you're planning to stay within 5Km radius of this place, don't think twice and book a room before they run out!

The price is worth the facilities you get there. The rooms are clean and the cleaning services are scheduled on alternate days. The vibe there is nice, the food is also great except for some days which I think you can forgive looking at other days when it tastes good. The gym is in the basement and you'll also get the playing area where you can spend some time playing to relax your mind. Overall I had a great experience. The staff there is also really polite and helpful.

I have been living here since Dec 23.
Its really great. Food is really good.
They provide 2 meals , breakfast and dinner. There are snacks on weekends at around 5 pm. There are games like TT, pool. The terrace is really big. You can work at the terrace. They have 24*7 electricity and water. Parking is there too. There is a gym in the basement. They also have washing machines working 24*7.
There are overall all facilities in the pg.

Thanks to the vision and endeavours of Mr. Baljit who has been successful in providing the best PG accomodation for working professionals at a very reasonable tarrif. The facilities and food is exceptional and incomparable to any PG accomodation in this region. The only request is that he should scale has model and add as many PGs he can to accomodate rising demand for moms pg.

I was a bit confused as to whether I should join or not but as per the caretaker they are handling over 18 PGs. The taste of food is superb the dormitory is also available and the gym is also available in some properties. Terrace has a good space to sit and they made the terrace a mess where everyone can sit n enjoy their meal.
